Ways to Work With Me
If you’re reading this, chances are you’re looking to take the next step on your path towards living as your best you. A huge part of reaching your goals is to be open to change, to welcome collaboration, and to be okay with asking for help. We are all in this life together and are here to have each other’s back. As a coach who has a few coaches of my own, I believe having a pro on Team You is a must.
I would be honored to walk (or skip, sprint, or dance — your choice!) along with you as you create the life you want. As your coach, I’ll be your objective guide to help you navigate through all the conflicting and confusing fitness and nutrition mumbo jumbo. We will work together to fine-tune what works for you, to create a movement program that allows you to cultivate, enhance, and celebrate your strength and vitality. I will teach you how to own your nutrition. Meaning, you will feel empowered and energized by what you choose to eat or drink, whether it is kale, a piece of dark chocolate, a glass of wine (did somebody say Zin?) or your favorite cookie (mine is the Snickerdoodle). Most importantly, I will help you to cultivate a mind-set of self-love and a lifestyle practice that is sustainable actually (wait for it) feels good.

1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING (in-person)
With your fitness goals in mind, I will build you a customized program that centers around strength training. During your sessions, we will build healthy and strong movement patterns, address nutrition (you’ve got to eat to support your training goals), and you will have fun lifting things! Imagine you and me having a blast while you make crazy progress towards your fitness goals.

SEMI-PRIVATE/SMALL GROUP TRAINING (in-person, 2-4 persons)
This is not your typical group-training class or bootcamp. Yes, you will be with your training friends, you will sweat, you will work. And even better, it will be fun and I will be watching you. In the same way that my 1-on-1 clients have my full attention, you and your group-mates will have guidance and accountability on the same quality movement that builds strength and a happy body.

Don’t live in the Bay Area? Or, are you struggling to find a coach you like in your ‘hood?’ No worries. This option is great for my sister-bros in far away area codes. This is a premium all-comprehensive program for those who: feel like they’re missing structure around workouts; have tons of Q’s about nutrition and supplements; miss the secret weapon of accountability that DIY videos and digital programs lack. I will create and send to you customized monthly workouts, guide you on nutrition geared towards your goals, and be available to you as your coach. We will check in on regular video calls to discuss your training progress and address any questions you have. While it’s a bummer that I won’t be able to hi-five you in person, you’ll still receive high-level coaching and have access to me anytime via text or email. Want in? Shoot me a message here.
ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING PROGRAM
(Note: Current session enrollment is closed. Program is available for both in-person or distance coaching clients)
Want to take your results to the next level? Upgrade your program, by adding the secret weapon of weekly Accountability. Over the course of a 12-week session, you will get #allthethings done. We will start with a 1-on-1 initial strategy call, where we identify and map our your goals (whether they focus on fitness, lifestyle, relationships, business, anything at all) for the session and create your strategy to reach them. Your weekly video calls will be a highly structured and organized call where I guide you with a specific Accountability process so that we can be sure you make the progress you need to get to your goals. Be prepared to surprise and amaze yourself!
Group calls will have between 2 to 4 people and will last 1 hour. These are highly structured to allow time for you and your group-mates all to check-in and to give feedback to one another.
You may also opt to upgrade to a private 1-on-1 Accountability call. This is a 30-minute weekly video call with the same structure, and completely focused on you. This set-up is good for those who want delve a little deeper into the nitty-gritty and prefer more privacy around their high-level goals and challenges.
